This website, clickconvert.co (the “Site”), is operated by Parallax Ecom Inc, a Florida corporation, doing business as ClickConvert (“ClickConvert,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Contact information — your name, email address, and phone number, when you submit an application, book a call, or join a waitlist.
• Business information — details you share in our application, such as your email list size, revenue figures, offers, and marketing platforms. We collect this to evaluate whether we may be a fit to work together.
• Booking information — appointment date, time, timezone, and meeting link when you schedule a call with us.
• Communications — the contents of emails, SMS messages, or form submissions you send us.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referring URLs, browser and device type, and IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 4 below.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Review and evaluate your application;
• Prepare for scheduled calls, including researching your business using the information you provide and publicly available sources;
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments, including sending reminders;
• Communicate with you by email and SMS (see Section 5);
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
• Measure and improve our marketing, including through analytics and advertising tools;
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Handle Your Business Information

Information you submit through our application — including list size, revenue figures, and other business details — is used solely to evaluate fit and prepare for conversations with you. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed in Section 6 who process it on our behalf.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses:

• First-party cookies — including a booking cookie that stores your appointment details so we can display them on our confirmation page.
• Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use the Site. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure advertising performance and show relevant ads. You can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook Ad Settings.
• Lead Connector / HighLevel tracking — used by our CRM and scheduling platform to operate forms, calendars, and follow-up communications.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some Site features, such as the display of your booking details.

Do Not Track: the Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

5. Email and SMS Communications

If you submit an application, book a call, or join a waitlist, you consent to receive communications from us by email and SMS, including appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups about your application, and marketing messages.

• Email: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; we may still send transactional messages related to an appointment you booked.
• SMS: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service.

6. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Webflow — website hosting
• Typeform — application forms
• HighLevel (LeadConnector) — CRM, scheduling, email, and SMS delivery
• Google — analytics, calendar, and video conferencing (Google Meet)
• Meta — advertising measurement

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case this Policy would continue to apply to your information).

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the duration of our relationship with you and a reasonable period afterward — unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

8. Your Rights and Choices

Regardless of where you live, you may contact us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Delete your personal information;
• Opt out of marketing communications.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at operations@clickconvert.co. We will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
